1. General

The Website is operated by the Independent Commission on Local Government Finance which was established by the Local Government Association (LGA), the national voice of local government, and the Chartered Institute for Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), the professional body for public finance professionals.

  • register for more than one user account, register for a user account on behalf of an individual other than yourself, or register for a user account on behalf of any group or entity; or

We will determine, in our sole discretion, whether a contribution to the Website or any other activity breaches these Terms.

6. Virusues, hacking and other ofences

You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
